Dear Members
As part of the 150th Anniversary we have
decided to organise a special kit order for
all playing and non playing members. This
will incorporate the anniversary crest so
will hopefully be something to hold on to in
years to come.
The company we have chosen to work with is
‘Kukri’. They are a major company
specialising in sportswear design for both
professional and amateur teams. We have
chosen them ahead of other prospective
companies because of:
*Recommendations from other clubs
*The quality of the garments & the value for
money
*Kukri’s reputation and desire to be
involved in our special season

Attached to this email is a presentation
which details the items available for
purchase and some details about them, an
ordering form for adults and colts and a
size chart. Samples of the playing kit will
be available at both of the ordering
sessions.
We hope as many members as possible will
take part in this order so we can be the
best dressed club both on and off the pitch.
The Ordering Process & What you need to do:
We have decided on 2 separate ordering
dates:
7th February – Club Drinks at White Hart in
Chipstead Village. I will be there to take
orders from 12.30pm onwards.
28th February – AGM. I will be there from
the beginning of the meeting.
If you are attending either of the sessions:
- Complete the order form, print it out and
bring it with you
- Bring cash or cheque (made payable to CWCC)
or inform me on the day if you wish to pay
directly into an account. The latter is the
least preferred option.
If you are not able to attend the sessions:
- Complete the order form and email it to me

- I will then forward you on bank details
for a direct payment to be made – please
reference with your name clearly. Don’t wait
until after 7th – try and get orders in over
the next week.
Cut off dates for ordering and payment to be
received:
1st Order – Payment must be received by
Thursday 11th February
2nd Order – Payment must be received by
Thursday 4th March
Please note – if you definitely want you kit
for the start of the season you must be part
of the 7th February order. We will endeavour
to get the second order to arrive ahead of
the first game but timescales will be tight.
Depending on the success of the kit we may
organise a mid season order but please order
now to avoid disappointment!
